Great staff reception from arrival until departure; had bike storage; secure wifi; fantastic breakfast. We also ate at restaurant for dinner and it was brilliant. Cyclists may think it's a wee way out of the city centre however, it was an easy ride both from and too, adding to the experience. Don't stress it because the service you receive is welcoming and awesome. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect for a stopover on a trip. The room was relatively small, but very comfortable.the bed was great.large secured parking. Food in the restaurant very good.the stuff was very friendly, helpful and professional, even though they are very young.

Nice modern newly built hotel. Secure parking. The location was good for an overnight stop on route. Seating area with bar.

The room layout was good. Reception staff were excellent , they provided us with coffee as we had to await our room being prepared

Staff were really helpful and always smiling. Hotel and room was spotless. Hotel next to the stadium which is great if you are into your sport. Excellent tram service in and out of the town centre

Great location for the Stadium (RUGBY World Cup) literally across the road New, fresh, clean and comfortable Parking if needed

the hotel was within walking distance of the sporting event we were attending. the staff were a little overwhelmed by the large crowds attending the event but were helpful and did well.

Newly renovated rooms, super clean and perfect if watching a game in the stadium! Only a short tram ride into the city centre.
